Born in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, UK. Emigrated to us in 1984.

I have a 2yr culinary degree, worked in small pubs to large hotels and everything in between. I was also a vet tech for ten years, mainly working in surgery, dogs are my passion, currently have 3 YIKES!!!...

My husband Larry and I married 1987 in my home town church St. Peters UK. we have one son and a delightful Daughter-in-law who gave us two beautiful grandchildren.

We lived in NC. for thirty years, moved to Chattanooga TN. for two years and a short stay in Atlanta GA. In 2016 we moved to Colorado Springs, then traveled for two years in our RV, during this time we did some state park hosting and traveled the spectacular west coast ,Oregon, California, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho and Utah, then finely settling down in September 2022 to this amazing place we call South Fork. I hope to learn and share my knowledge of this hidden gem.
